Yes. The limited $69 Portfolio Builder Mini includes 15–20 minutes, one person, one outfit, one approved location, and three professionally edited digital images; it is paid in full after availability is confirmed. The $175 Highness Mini includes 30 minutes and five professionally edited photographs. Seasonal Minis are $125, paid in full, and include a prepared seasonal setup on announced dates.

The $300 outdoor and $425 studio family sessions include up to five family members. Additional participants are quoted and approved before booking. Studio rental is separate for studio sessions.

There is no fixed pose count. Felice provides guided posing throughout and adjusts posture, hands, angles, and expression according to the client, location, and creative flow.

A Highness Mini generally captures approximately 50–100 photographs, while a Signature Portrait Session generally captures approximately 100–200. Capture counts are estimates, not guaranteed deliverable totals. The proof gallery is curated before selection.

Use the Redeem a Voucher form before scheduling. Highness Media will validate the voucher, confirm its exact inclusions and promotional restrictions, check eligible availability, and send the correct scheduling instructions. Promotional offers do not replace or discount another package unless the offer expressly says so.

A partner voucher portrait session includes only the service, participant count, outfit or look, location terms, proofing gallery, and retouched-image count listed in the original offer.

Available upgrades may be added after validation. For partner voucher packages, select any included retouched images first; after the proofing gallery is ready, additional edited favorites may be purchased if desired. Studio rental, travel, extra people, additional images, rush service, and other add-ons are separate unless the voucher specifically includes them.

Standard portrait sessions require a $50 non-refundable retainer. The $69 Portfolio Builder Mini and $125 Seasonal Mini are paid in full after the date is confirmed. Events and weddings require a signed agreement and 30% non-refundable retainer. A validated prepaid voucher follows the terms shown on the original offer.

Studio rental, additional family members, travel outside the approved local area, and rush delivery are quoted separately when applicable. Every additional charge is explained and approved before booking.

Signature Portrait Session edits are delivered 7–10 business days after you submit your selections. Other services depend on image quantity, project complexity, and current workload; the expected delivery window is confirmed in writing.

Through a professional online gallery such as Pixieset. Portrait clients first receive a curated watermarked proof gallery for selecting the number of photographs included in the package.

No. Proofs are curated to remove duplicates, blinks, test frames, missed focus, and technically unsuccessful images. Fully unedited photographs and RAW camera files are not delivered or released.

Yes. Additional professionally edited photographs are $25 each. A color-corrected gallery upgrade starts at $150 and generally includes approximately 40–75 usable photographs with basic exposure, color, and crop corrections. Advanced retouching is not included.

Yes, when you own the photograph or have permission from the copyright holder. High-resolution JPEG, TIFF, PNG, or original camera files are preferred.

Some improvement may be possible, but missing detail cannot always be recreated. Feasibility is assessed before a quote is finalized.

Rush service may be available for an additional fee and depends on current capacity.

Yes, subject to file quality, image complexity, and available background detail. The goal is always a believable result.

Outdoor sessions may be adjusted, relocated, or rescheduled according to the cancellation and rescheduling policy.
