Your voucher covers only the offer listed at purchase. It is limited to the named service, eligibility rules, promotional availability, participant limit, location or setup, edit count, and redemption period shown in the offer. It cannot be combined with another promotion, exchanged for cash, or used to reserve an unapproved date. Studio rental, travel, extra people, additional images, rush service, upgrades, and other add-ons are separate unless the voucher specifically includes them. The original provider’s expiration, refund, and transfer rules also apply.
Your requested date is not reserved until Highness Media validates the voucher and confirms the appointment in writing. No additional $50 portrait retainer is required for the service included in a valid prepaid voucher.
